TRAINING OPTIONS
CHOOSE YOURPATH.
Every path starts with an evaluation. In-person athletes follow the same remote structure as online athletes, so the plan keeps going after you leave the building.
In-person hybrid
Lessons at our Montgomery facility, plus the daily plan for warm-ups, throwing prep, recovery and the work between sessions.

Remote training
The same system from anywhere: three assessments, a daily plan with video demonstrations, and weekly video review. The first month is free.

Jr. Velo group sessions
Small-group sessions for 8U to 12U arms on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Book a seat online.
REMOTE TRAINING
THE SAME SYSTEMFROM ANYWHERE.
For athletes who can't train in person: mechanical breakdowns, movement screening, individualized programming and weekly check-ins.
3 initial assessments
Movement screening, a mental assessment and motor preferences. Two to three hours, done on your schedule.
Daily training structure
Correctives, warm-ups, throwing, post-throw recovery and lifting, each with a video demonstration.
Weekly mechanical analysis
Upload your throwing video. Your coach's notes land on the clip and on your record.
Velocity on the record
Every reading goes on your record by date, so you and your parents see the same progress your coach does.
YOUR COACH
JCARIZA.
A professional pitcher turned coach. JC pitched at Tulane, Howard College and UTRGV, then pitched professionally before founding NST. Four years coaching, 500+ athletes trained and 30+ college and pro players developed. Every athlete is 1 of 1.
